鉴于目前国内、国际铅价的持续上涨，我司决定调整销售价格以应对原材料涨价所带来的巨大压力。
新价格以二零一零年十一月销售价格为基础，德国阳光电池全系列及美国GNB Marathon L系列电池产品价格上调5%，其他系列电池保持不变。新价格自二零一零年十二月一日起生效。

To our honored customers:
Given both the domestic and international lead prices are continuing to rise recently, we have to adjust the sales price in response to the great pressure with the higher and higher raw material costs.
The new sales price for all our products has been increased by 5% based on its sales price in Nov 2010. And the new sales price has been taken effect from 1st Dec 2009.
